Customer card
A monthly student/trainee ticket is only valid in conjunction with a customer card. The customer card is applied for using a form and issued at the Service-Centre. Pupils and trainees after their 15th birthday and students must provide a valid certificate from their school or university on the application form. The customer card must be provided with a photo and carried on every journey.

Area of validity
- Valid for school-age persons up to and including their 15th birthday, schoolchildren and trainees after their 15th birthday and students
- From validation until 04:00 a.m. on the same calendar day of the following month in the selected price level
- Journey interruption and any change possible
Free of charge
- Children until they start school
- Dog in a closed container
- Hand luggage, baby carriages, orthopaedic aids and wheelchairs, bicycles
Notes on use
- Ticket is not transferable (personal fare)
- Current token and valid customer card with current photo must be carried along
- Validate the monthly ticket at the first start of the journey (tickets purchased in the vehicle are already validated from the start of the journey)
