Purchase
- Simply apply via our subscription online portal
- Alternatively, you can fill out the application form and send it to us by e-mail or post or hand it in at the Service Center.
The subscription regulations are set out in Part D Annex 9 of the Conditions of Carriage.
Area of validity
- From the 1st day of the calendar month until 04:00 a.m. of the 1st calendar day of the following month all day in the selected price level
- Journey interruption and any change possible
Free of charge
- Children up to school age
- Dogs in a closed container
- Hand luggage, baby carriages, orthopaedic aids and wheelchairs, bicycles
additionally:
- Maximum of four passengers on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
- One dog outside of containers
Instructions for use
- Current token must be carried (valid without validation)
- Ticket is transferable
- Personal version: ticket is non-transferable and only valid with customer card and current photo
- Minimum contract period four months, can be canceled monthly thereafter
